There is a high demand for general practitioners in The United Kingdom. We have teamed up with Templars Medical and are offering job opportunities for family medicine doctors in UK and a relocation support package.

Working as a GP in The UK’s National Health Service

The pathway for a foreign doctor to work in the NHS is through the GP International Induction Programme (GPIIP). The programme offers funding to support you with items such as registration and visa costs covered, and the NHS in the region also provides extra funding for each International GP, which can be used for things like language support, relocation costs and accommodation.

There are several steps to complete. For example, you will need an English language qualification to be on the GMC GP Register with a Licence to Practise and the NHS England’s Medical Performers List. There are also some Learning Assessments to pass before arriving in the UK for your Clinical Placement. We can help you with all the processes, applications and documentation required.

Our team will support you through the whole process, including help with all documentation, social induction, finding accommodation, arranging travel, and anything you need. The support continues for as long as you need it, and we can introduce you to other EU GPs working in the area.
The offering is for two locations, as of now, in Harrogate and Sunderland.
